Hitachi Cable Automotive Products USA, Inc. proudly serves the automotive industry with a variety of top quality automotive components and materials. We are the leader in fluid movement components such as Brake Hose Assembles and fluid applications including, Hose & Tube Assemblies, with internal capabilities to perform machining & brazing operations for production of fittings and components. We can provide a variety of Low Pressure Hose for vacuum and other fluid applications.
More recently we have introduced high technology Electrical Products such as ABS Braking Sensors and, we are pioneers in product applications for Hybrid Electric Vehicles, including High & Low Voltage Electrical Cables, high heat resistant wire & cables and complex harnesses and assemblies with connectors. We have also developed a superior system for routing these cables through and around the vehicles eliminating some of the design restrictions of such applications – which also addresses the RF interference concerns with such new technology.
Our Corporate Office Facility is situated on 35 acres in Southern Indiana, about 10 minutes from Louisville, Kentucky, allowing easy access and provides convenient travel access for a majority of our customers. We also have a substantial presence and facility in Pensacola, Florida where a majority of our Hydraulic Brake Hose is produced. This key facility provides primarily Brake Hose Assembly products throughout North America and to many of our overseas customers. And, we have a subsidiary company and operation in Queretaro, Mexico that produces Fittings, Brake Hose Assemblies, Vacuum Assemblies and a variety of labor intensive operations to contribute to our ability to satisfy customers in all of North and South America. And, in addition to our Parent Company (Hitachi Cable Limited) with many locations throughout Asia, we also have a subsidiary facility in Europe who provides many of these same products. So, yes, we have the global presence to support our customers worldwide.
With these locations and facilities we are able to provide millions of products per month utilizing the latest technology in computer aided design, manufacturing, and automated processes. In addition we have a L2A Accreeddited Testing Laboratory in Indiana with Vibration and Environmental Chambers available for our use and for the support of our customers.
